My career spans Europe and Asia, supported by an extensive network across shipowners, charterers, operators, brokers, cargo interests, financial institutions, insurers, and legal firms.
Professional Background
- Began in Istanbul in 1994, gaining early operational and chartering experience with Zihni and Kalkavan Shipping.
- Managed Capesize and Panamax contracts at Cerrahgil Group for seven years.
- Relocated to Singapore in 2005 to join Kuok Group’s PCL Shipping, later founding and scaling ventures including Eagle Bulk Pte Ltd, Caria Shipping, and Vector Bulkers Pte Ltd.
- Currently provides consultancy, ship management and brokerage services, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic development.
