SCMA pledge signatories are companies, maritime organisations, and industry players that have formally committed to using the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) rules and framework for resolving maritime and international trade disputes. 

By signing the pledge, these organisations agree to give appropriate consideration to incorporating SCMA arbitration clauses into their contracts and agreements. 

This initiative aims to support "Maritime Singapore" by promoting a neutral, efficient, and cost-effective dispute resolution mechanism.
