[Your Copyright] Some of our services allow you to submit content to us. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what you create belongs to you.

[Responsibility for Content] You are responsible for the content you submit to SCMA. In short, you are liable for all legal risks associated with our use of your content and you shall indemnify and hold SCMA harmless to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Please do not post anything false or defamatory as you are liable for the content you upload.
[Right to Remove] We do not monitor uploaded content nor conduct searches for circumstances which would indicate an illegal activity. However, we reserve the right to remove content that is illegal, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
For example, we may remove reviews/responses that we believe are false, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing or advocates harassment of another person, threatening, contravenes Singapore laws relating to public order, invasive of an individual’s privacy, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, seditious, promotes feelings of ill-will and hostility between difference races, classes or religions, or otherwise objectionable.
