Introducing SCMA Vault, a secure, centralised document-filing and evidence management platform launched by the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) in collaboration with Epiq, and powered by Epiq Narrate™.

SCMA Vault is available as a complimentary value-added service for all cases with an SCMA case reference, providing arbitrators and counsel with a single, structured platform to submit, access, and manage arbitration materials.

Key benefits

  • Centralised access: All case documents and evidence in one organised location
  • Greater efficiency: Streamlined filings, version control, and reduced administrative handling
  • Focused review: Tools for searching, reviewing, and annotating materials directly on the platform
  • Secure and compliant: Singapore-hosted, audit-ready environment aligned with SCMA processes
  • Enhanced collaboration: Timely and structured submissions to support decision-readiness

How it works

  • Parties submit electronic bundles through SCMA Vault in line with SCMA filing requirements
  • Arbitrators are granted secure access to the case workspace
  • Documents can be reviewed, searched, and annotated within the platform
  • Optional integrations, such as evidence presentation and transcription, are available where required

Sustainability

The use of SCMA Vault reduces reliance on paper. In addition, Epiq will plant one tree for every project conducted on the platform as part of the One Tree Planted programme.
