Former Divisional Director (Claims) at a leading International Group P&I Club, spending fifteen years advising Owners, Charterers and Pool Managers on a wide range of FD&D, P&I and Charterers’ Liability to Hull (CLH) matters. Spent the previous ten years in private practice at City of London law firms, specialising in contentious marine insurance and shipping work. Highly attuned to the practical needs of shipping and logistics companies and their insurers, especially the need for efficient, cost-effective dispute resolution.

BIMCO Documentary Committee member (2015-2022) and member of the Drafting Sub-Committee responsible for BIMCO’s suite of four LNG Fuel Clauses for Time Charterparties, published in 2022.
