Jagan is an Asian based Claims Consultant, Arbitrator and Mediator specialising in Shipping, International Trade and Marine Insurance matters. 

Jagan has over 25 years working experience in Shipping, International Trade and Marine Insurance. He has been involved in Arbitration both as party appointed representative and as arbitrator from 2015 under LMAA, SCMA and SIAC terms. 

Jagan started his career with a Shipping Agency in India and then relocated to Singapore in a similar role. His interest in claims led him to a role in a  P&I Correspondent company at Singapore dealing with various types of P&I, FD&D and Transport Liability Claims. He then moved to a commercial role in a Liner Shipping Company headquartered in Singapore. He founded NAU Pte Ltd, a Claims Correspondent & Consultants in 2013 assisting clients in various types of shipping related claims.
