Admitted as solicitor and barrister in various Australian jurisdictions and as solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and over 30 years practising internationally, specialising in maritime, aviation, transport and international trade in court, arbitration and mediation proceedings and lecturing in maritime law and international commercial arbitration at universities in Australia and France.
