Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman is a distinguished legal practitioner with an exemplary academic and professional pedigree. A recognized authority in dispute resolution, Mr. Rahman is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. His appointment as a panel arbitrator for esteemed institutions such as the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration, the SAARC Arbitration Council, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, coupled with his accreditation as a CEDR (UK) Accredited Mediator, highlights his expertise in alternative dispute resolution.

 

With a career spanning over two decades, Mr. Rahman has cultivated specialization in dispute resolution, shipping, and cross-border legal matters. As the founding Head of Chambers and Managing Head of Rahman’s Chambers, he has played a pivotal role in driving significant growth across the firm’s practice areas, which include dispute resolution, shipping (encompassing commercial and aviation matters), and international divisions focused on arbitration, international law, environmental law, intellectual property, and information technology.
