Mr. Hong Yuwen has been engaged in corporate legal management for more than 25 years. Having a deep understanding of the combination of business needs and legal practice, he has extensive experience in shipping, air transportation, international trade, investment, construction, and corporate law. 

As a seasoned arbitration practitioner, Mr. Hong is a panel arbitrator in many leading arbitral bodies including China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC), Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

He is a member of ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. He was the judge of China Law Awards (Asian Legal Business) for many years.
